The Chestnuts Cottage was recently updated by the new owner to provide self-catering accommodations for guests.    Garden furniture completes the picture, and weekly guests have the use of the swimming pool and other amenities in the park.
 
  Chestnut Cottage Salon




In an earlier renovation beautiful new hardwood floors replaced the 11th century stone floors in the salon, which has comfortable furniture, decorated in warm golden hues, and looks out upon the lime tree allée in the park.  The primary concern of your hosts is your comfort, and those renting the Chestnuts Cottage will surely be content with its furnishings and amenities.

There is also a completely equipped kitchen, dining room and pantry on the ground floor.   Most interesting, perhaps, are the lovely tuffeau stone walls throughout that are so indicative of the Loire Valley.

The first floor of the Cottage offers two bedrooms ~ a cozy double and a spacious quadruple  ~  each with an en suite bathroom that includes walk-in showers.  Guests will enjoy the peace and quiet of the Cottage whose thick stone walls keep it cool in the summer and comfortable in the colder months.
