Magnificent Park and Swimming Pool


	Water features play an important role on the estate of Château de la Caillotière. The lovely pond, surrounded by lush landscaping, with a footbridge is a peaceful and quiet place for guests as well as a spot for some fishing. Especially inviting for adults and children alike is the swimming pool in the warmer months.
	Early morning at the château in winter ~ with a light dusting of snow on the ground ~ gives a feeling of calm and serenity to all who visit here. Although the château is only open to guests between May and October, every sunrise and sunset will provide the same feeling of tranquility ~ this château is a perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. And, guests will enjoy some of the other buildings on the estate, including the Arboretum shown at the left of the second photo above. Here they can enjoy a collection of many rare and unusual plants and trees.
	Wander around the estate to enjoy the jardin à la française or the woodlands, and find those perfect places to sit and relax. You will appreciate the fine specimen trees, the symmetry of the well-maintained gardens and the unique atmosphere of the parklands of this château in the lovely Loire region of France.
