the comfort
and relaxation you will enjoy in this very pleasant, cheerful salon --

Breakfast at the château couldn't be more delightful
with a wall of windows overlooking the vast lawns of the gardens dotted
with specimen trees. Breakfast consists of homemade brioche,
country bread, regional salted butter, croissants, fresh juices and
homemade jams - a truly French breakfast experience.

Delicious regional
specialties can be enjoyed at Château de Bournand. Dinner
at the château will be a memorable culinary experience, so be
sure to request your seat at the table when you make your room
reservations. The fois gras shown here is from a treasured family
recipe and is their specialty.
Like anywhere on the grounds, guests of Bournand can visit the
kitchen. The evening menus are determined by seasonal products
and the chef's inspiration. Your hostess says, "According to the Rabelaisian tradition of
this beautiful Loire Valley, all products are selected for their
quality, freshness and cooked according to family recipes. The wines of
the Loire Valley are also selected from our local wineries and are
stored in our vaulted cellar dating back to the 12th century "
