With an inviting sitting area in front
of
the region's largest
fireplace and a grand dining room for guests, the Banquet Hall offers a
warm
gathering place for group events and celebrations. A grand piano
adds to its appeal.
The nearly thousand-year history of the château is
perhaps most felt in this elegant room.

Those renting the entire château
by the week can prepare
meals in this completely equipped kitchen ~ there is a dishwasher, American-style
refrigerator, an electric cooktop and large oven. Of course, all
the necessary tableware, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided, so
all you have to do is make yourself at home. A small eating area
is nestled in the alcove under a large window with views of the
garden.

If you
prefer to dine en plein air,
you will be delighted with this shady spot under a lovely spreading
tree in the Château's courtyard. The table will seat up to
eight people, and you are just steps away from the River Layon and the
idyllic park. Additional outdoor furniture is available for
relaxing in this peaceful setting. There
is also a firebowl with an initial supply of firewood supplied at no
charge.
