The Château and
Organic Gardens
 This aerial view of the château
shows only a portion of its 1750 acres of grassy pastures, forests and
a spring-fed stream. Today a portion of this estate is home to
organically-raised cattle, acres of organic produce and much more.

  Château
du Fraisse is a stately
ancestral family home with centuries of interesting history and a proud
heritage. It is evident how much the family loves the
château and the peaceful region of the Haute-Vienne which has so
much to offer visitors and residents alike.

fresh, local and organic, the de Monstiers
family raises very happy, grass-fed cattle and healthy, tasty
year-round vegetables on the estate. If you are lucky enough to
be visiting nearby Saint-Junien on a Saturday morning or the market,
Saveur Fermières, any day on rue de la Céramique in
Limoges (closed Monday), you can buy their delicious and healthy
produce.
Hopefully, one day it will be available far and wide!
