There
are six bedrooms in the château sleeping a total of thirteen people.
Four have en suite bathrooms; those wihtout an en suite are Chambre des
Oiseaux and Chambre des Dames. All bedrooms are located on the second
floor and furnished with antiques. Four of the bedrooms have queen-size
beds.
Chambre des Dames
was recently redecorated with cheerful wallpaper. It has an elegant
four-poster bed and is spacious and warm. Its en suite bathroom is
also large with tile on the walls and an accent of rose-colored toile
de jouy wallpaper.

Chambre Bleue, a
cozy and comfortable room, has blue and white wallpaper depicting
graceful birds and flowers. There is an en suite bathroom and a separate
toilet room. We will soon have a photo for Chambre des Oiseaux. |
|
This large bathroom,
the en suite for Chambre Bleue, has a very special claw foot tub, pretty
tile walls and large mirrors. Perhaps, best of all is the magnificent
view of the park from large windows. |
|
Also on the second
floor are two bedrooms with single beds. One, Chambre des Anges,
was renovated recently in colors of green and yellow and has two single
beds. As it is in the center of the château, it has the
best view over the
jardin à la française.
Another room with single
beds is Chambre Empire shown in this photo. It has three single
beds and an en suite freshly redecorated in white and pale grey.
Chambre des Illustres, with a queen-size bed, shown in the other photo,
has a new en suite shower room and excellent views of the park.
