The Cuisine & Potager


	The Château's spacious kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all your meals, with plenty of room for several guests to plan and cook together. Take advantage of the wonderful potager (French kitchen garden) for delicious fresh vegetables and herbs. There are rows of salad greens and herbs in the large organic cultivated garden. It is not only a lovely sight, but it will provide local produce to add to those French meals you will enjoy preparing. Enjoy a meal outside in the garden in the lovely weather you can expect in southwest France.
	Below are delectable cèpe mushrooms, the French version of porcinis, and by far one of the tastiest mushrooms anywhere. . They are large and the perfect addition to any dinner menu. Also available at the château are zucchinis and their luscious flowers, fleurs des courgettes. Try new recipes using the flowers alone, or prepare a meal with zucchini or other squash from the garden.
