As it was built in the 17th and 19th centuries on the site of a 15th century château, guests are filled with a sense of history and character. This round tower reminds visitors of the château's age and substance ~ it has been here for a very long time and will be here for many hundreds of years to come.

   The owners now have their own design shop so guests have an opportunity to admire and purchase items produced exclusively for the château. They say on their web site, "Renovating the château and collecting art and design has inspired us to create our own design label 'Château de la Resle'. We have invited some of the most talented Dutch designers, from whom we have purchased work in the past, to create unique products exclusively for our label." If you are
